Farida Makki has just been appointed as panel member for the East Midlands Design Review Panel which is managed by OPUN the East Midlands Architecture Centre, supported by EMDA East Midlands Development Agency and works in partnership with CABE Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment www.cabe.org.uk
The Design Review Panel is independent and supports the delivery of excellence in terms of design and sustainability in the delivery of buildings and places in the region.
The review process supports the statutory planning system with the aim of benefiting projects. Advice is provided to local authorities, design teams and their clients. The panel members include urban designers architects, engineers, designers and planners.
