Farida Makki has received formal recognition from the University of Nottingham Faculty of Engineering [Department for Architecture and the Built Environment] for her ‘excellent contribution’ via the Student Evaluation of Teaching process for the academic year 2016-17.
Farida is the Studio Unit Head for one of the vertical Year 2/3 units on the University RIBA/ARB Part 1 programme. Of the 24 3rd year students in the ‘Brink Territories’ Unit, 10 received 1st Class Degrees.
Farida is assisted on her Unit by visiting tutors: Anna Mill, Negin Ghorbani and Mike Reade.
