A brave decision by our clients to completely restructure the ground floor of their house is almost complete. The property is in a sensitive conservation area in Nottingham, the large house formally the servants quarters to an adjacent property did not have a proper entrance, a weak connection with the garden and inefficient use of space.
Redmak have reinstated an entrance lobby and hall with bespoke designed oak doors, storage and cloaks area, installed a library and snug room and re planned the kitchen, dining and living space as one large family room overlooking the garden. A new multi fuel stove and oak flooring completes the elegant and warm gathering space.

With our bespoke domestic extensions the vision is to link our clients gardens and views with their living spaces – these could be kitchen/dining rooms or artist studios. To bring green space, panoramic views and light in and extend the living space out. All extensions and loft conversions focus on ecological specifications (non toxic or renewable materials) and making the garden feel part of the home by opening up large folding glass walls, doors, balconies and roof lights. We work with reputable builders and offer services from initial sketch design through to planning and supervision on site. All our current clients have come to us by recommendation.
