A delightful composition of parapet gable ends in a ‘T’ shaped plan in red brick, ashlar dressings and clay roof tiles.

The project is environment focussed. Stained glass, timber framed secondary glazing that folds back onto the wall, out of the way for summer use. Wood burner room-sealed stove. Whole House Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery.

The original house features ashlar dressings including plinth, parapet gable copings, finials, 6-point arched entrance door, clay plain tiled roofs and the 4 fireplaces feed a quadrant cluster of chimneys centred on one ridge.
