The Edwardian House is extended to the south creating new kitchen and dining spaces along with a raised patio. In the original parts of the house, we create a snug and bathroom.

Daylighting is a major consideration here, a large patio door to the east overlooking the new raised deck, a kitchen window to the front facing west, a ventilated lantern over the new dining area and a side glazed canopy for bike storage and clothes airing.
